A minimum 10 minutes 3 times per day

As we practice social distancing it is important that we do not see this as a time to just sit on the couch. Get out and run, walk, or wheel every day. DO IT. Schedule it, even if you can only do 10 minutes at a time. Stay tuned for tips and links to help you stay positive and active during this trying time.

If you have never exercised please discuss and get clearance from you doctor before you start an exercise program.
